It is my intention that this is a gift and resource you can continue to bloom into for the rest of your life.

WEEK ONE:
MOVEMENT FOR THE SENSES
​
There is an aspect of ourselves that wakes up when we become infinitely receptive to life—and a renewed sense of aliveness and passion ensues. In this session, we dive into somatic awareness, sensitivity, breath and connection to all that is, magnifying the part of us that is just happy to be alive.

WEEK TWO:
MOVEMENT FOR THE HEART
​
The more we are able to learn how to hold space for our own hearts and emotional waves, the more we are able to navigate this world with ease and grace. In this session, we deeply practice being with ourselves in whatever arises during our process.

WEEK THREE:
MOVEMENT FOR ALIVENESS
​

WEEK FOUR:
MOVEMENT FOR CREATIVITY & GENIUS
​
Movement can be a significant key to unlock our innate creativity and genius. The more ways we find to move (and move through blocks), the more access we have to infinite ideas, unique expressions and can truly become an open channel for inspiration to flow through us.

WEEK FIVE:
MOVEMENT FOR RECLAMATION & SELF-TRUST
​
It seems in this world it is easy to find ourselves in patterns, dynamics and situations where we give our power away to something or someone outside of ourselves. This session is powerfully focused on reclaiming our energy, healing our relationship to our ability to make decisions and trusting our body and intuition.
Qualities: healing, inner knowing, reclaiming, sovereignty, self-trust, healing ability to make decisions, strengthened intuition

MOVEMENT FOR THE EARTH
​
The earth is one of our greatest teachers, healers and sources of support, far beyond her physical resources. In this session, we fine tune ourselves to her qualities and subtle energetics—and allow ourselves to be transformed in the process.

MOVEMENT FOR PATIENCE & INNER KNOWING
​

WEEK TEN:
MOVEMENT FOR GRACE & DEVOTION
​
All of our movements, down to the smallest thoughts and actions, can become sacred gifts when done in the energy of devotion. We find fulfillment comes from the way we relate to this world, not from external events. This session is to practice single-pointed focus on surrendering to higher grace.
Qualities: devotion, grace, light, surrender, letting go of the personal will, becoming an open channel for the divine

MEET YOUR GUIDE ​

I began dance classes when I was very young, and would quit and start again in cycles over the years. Ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, cecchetti, ballroom, contemporary…
Even during the times I wasn’t dancing formally, it never fully left me. For periods of time in my 20s, I would spend hours making dance videos in my room, just because I loved it—it kept drawing me back in.
Somewhere along the way it became less about looking “pretty” or being "perfect", and shifted into a way to move energy and support my emotional processes.
It seemed the further I went into personal growth, consciousness, spirituality and the subtle energetics that make up our experience, the lines started to blur between “dance” and my connection to myself and everything around me.
Movement became a way of life, helping me to express the whole range of fear to love, to navigate the beginning and endings of relationships and to reach for connection and keep my heart open.

DO I NEED ANY PRIOR DANCE EXPERIENCE?
​
Nothing is required but to have a body that desires to move.*
*hint: that's every body

WHAT KIND OF TIME COMMITMENT DOES THIS SERIES REQUIRE?
It is my intention that this course is HIGHLY integrable with our daily lives. You will watch one video a week (always less than 20 minutes long), and commit to a variable amount of daily movement for yourself (at least 5 minutes a day if possible, up to 20-30 minutes ideal, up to an hour if you have the space for it.)

WHAT LEVEL OF PHYSICAL FITNESS IS NEEDED?
This course is designed for you to meet your body where it is at. Even if you have limited mobility, this process actually could be gone through only using your hands, or only using small, gentle movements... or you could even do the whole thing entirely in your mind, if that's what is needed. (Radical, right?)

HOW IS THE SERIES DELIVERED?
Over the 12 weeks, you will receive weekly emails with short videos that explain and invite you into an aspect of your movement practice.
